At D.U.S Couture, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we invite you to review our policy on exchanges and store credit.
Conditions for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure the following:
- The item(s) must have been purchased within the last 7 days .
- - The item(s) must be in their original condition, including original packaging and tags attached.
- - The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: - Custom or personalized items, Soiled Clothing, Under Garments, Leggings
- - Items that are unsealed or worn after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of merchandise that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
